An idea on how to manage the application threads.
First step would be to make a post with the Club in the title.
Making the first post a list of members and updating it by every acceptance.
In case someone actually likes my idea:
A good way of managing the thread would be to delete posts you've already decided on, informing the member through PM. This way, you should only be left with pending applications.
