-After two weeks of unannounced absence we will revoke your character. There is an absence board on which you can post your leave, short or long. You may even PM a member of staff.

-Profanity is a no-no. No swearing thus. Slight implications if there's no choice.

-Spamming is bad. Do not spam anywhere on the site or you will risk being banned.If you wish to advertise, do so in your profile or in the appropriate thread.

-One account per character No more than one character on an account (i.e. no twins or siblings in the story sharing one usename) It just gets confusing and this way, we can tell who has who.

-Character Limits Second Letter: R You are limited to having 4 characters. One is allowed to be a canon character. Please don't make all of your characters attending Ouran, we need Adults as well.

RP Rules

-Respect. Even if your characters don't like each other, still keep it respectful. Should you type something about someone's character that they don't like, you will be expected to edit your post.

-Posts No double posting, this means don't reply to a thread you just replied to. If you need to add something, use the modify button. Also, please make sure that posts are AT LEAST 200 words.

-Post Ratings We do not have a spercific rating for this board, swearing, suggestions of sex and violence are all in the manga and anime. However, we do have young members, so if your post is going to include anything of the above nature, please put the rating in the title.

-No God-moding No controlling other characters, You cannot make someone else's arm move. If they detail what they're thinking or feeling, you can't automatically know it. Etc. However, if the person gives you permission then go ahead, just don't go overboard. And that person has to PM me or another staff member just so i'm certain.

NO NO NO NO. This is godmoding. You cannot say what another character does. Or if you end up harming them in a way. The other character might decide to have their character dodge the attack. Of course continous dodging WILL result in a short term ban. It's not fair.

-No all-mighty/superhero characters Your characters can get hurt. They are not allowed super hero or God-like powers.And you can't move other characters other than your own.

-Post in third person, past tense. All posts must be in the third person state eg. He kicked down the door, having heard a scream.. Fifth Letter: O
Not He kicks down the door, hearing a scream. or I kicked the door down, as I heard a scream.
You will be expected to edit your post should we find this.

-Literacy. Mistakes are human, so don't worry should you not be the best when it comes to spelling, but using chat words is not allowed. Should you do so, you'll be expected to edit your post. Remember, this is an intermediate site, so we do expect your grammar and spelling to be at a certain level.

-Detail please. Not many people want to read boring posts that nothing happens in, so be creative and be descriptive. At an intermediate level, you should already be able to make good sized and interesting posts, so please don't disappoint.

-IC Swearing There can be some swearing, after all it's in the show. But please try to keep it under control. I don't want every other word to be a swear word. Sixth Letter: D

Characters

-Keeping IC. Keep in character as much as you can when posting. Don't have Honey suddenly declaring he hates sweets as this is rather the opposite of his character. Seventh Letter: I

-Relations. Should you create an OC and want them to be a relative or a long lost friend of another character, please PM that member and seek permission.

-Mary Sue's/Gary Stu's Eighth Letter: L NO Mary Sue's or Gary Stu's. This basically means having the perfect character who can do anything, and is so beautiful/handsome, and is more powerful then anyone else. We don't allow them here, and we never will

-Names Your Character name must follow the Japanese format. Which is Last Name/Family Name then First Name. So Haruhi Fujioka would be Fujioka Haruhi.
